The issues. Hunter will devote his time and energy to the issues that matter most. He’s committed to standing up for the taxpayers by opposing wasteful spending... supporting local schools by making sure education always comes first in the budget, ahead of “pet projects”... ensuring our area gets its fair share of transportation funding to improve roads... supporting policies that help local farmers... working to recruit good, new businesses and well-paying jobs to our area... and preserving our area’s quality of life.
A rock-solid conservative. Hunter Hackett is a rock-solid conservative who thinks like the majority of our mainstream-conservative community. He believes in low taxes and efficient government. Term limits. Hunter Hackett understands that career politicians hold our state back. He’ll be a leader the ongoing effort to enact legislative term limits in South Carolina... and he’ll set the right example by limiting himself to no more than eight years in office.
